Recap Tweets Of MacNuel Davids Music Traces @macnueldavids The Music, Our Mindset; Today, We’ll get to see how your mindset influences or affects your sound and kind of music. Feel free to always tweet at me, retweet, share, comment, like, ask questions and contribute. I’m your resource, Use me. We are Set?! Lets Ride! Aside music being a blend of Notes and Chords using diverse instruments including vocal delivery. Music is an art, that conveys and expresses our personality, thoughts, ideas and Mindset in a rhythmic way. From the first note played on a song, to the last stroking of the snare, your idea & mindset finds expression on the song. This mindset that transcends into the song is sometimes also brought about by the producer’s idea about genres which is always limited. In some songs, you get to have multiple mindsets trying to dominate from the artistes zone or the producers’. Except when you have an artist do a song not written or composed by him/her, you get to have a feel of the mindset behind the song from the lyrical content. As an artist, what you do, what you listen to, where you go, and generally your ideology about life replicates in the songs you sing regardless of the genre of the song you’re doing. The style of A genre of music can never be changed. What is always usually changed is the mindset & approach of the artist on the song. That is what brought about AfroPop. Where you have a feel of the African rhythm blending with the ancient Pop music making it contemporary. You can’t have Jim Reeves do a rendition of Amazing Grace like Michael W. Smith. This is because the mindset behind their style of music which has metamorphosed into what we call contemporary today. Just same way you can’t have 50cent do RNB like R.Kelly. The point is this; The music itself does not change. What changes is our mindset to do the same music in a better and unique way. That is what makes it contemporary. if the music does not change but the mindset, it’s the duty of the artist & the producer to constantly develop what they feed on & In the process this bring about the creativity of the artist, which the producer then translates into the “creating” the song. Now How can the right mindset even be developed? -Constant Periodic Rehearsals -Exploration -Believing in your vocal capabilities -Feeding on Ethical Things -Being true to your sound -Being dedicated to creating your niche As we draw to a conclusion, NOBODY CAN SOUND LIKE YOU, YOU CANT SOUND LIKE ANYONE! Just like how Rome wasn’t build in a day, You can’t sound like Celine Dion or Adele in a day. This is only achievable through constant rehearsals. Nobody is a bad singer from birth. You only become a bad singer when you don’t rehearse and you don’t prioritize singing as a part of your “craft”! This is also a mindset that needs to be realigned. We have come to the end of today’s conversation. I trust you are enlightened & would put to work what we discussed. Don’t forget Rome wasn’t built in a day & if they had tried to, it would have crashed. The more you Change & Develop your mindset, The Better you get! #MusicTraces

THE POWER OF TRUSTING GOD
Jeremiah 17:7-8 (MSG), “But blessed is the man who trust me, God, the woman who sticks with God. They’re like trees replanted in Eden, putting down roots near the rivers – Never a worry through the hottest of summers, never dropping a leaf, serene and calm through droughts, bearing fresh fruit every season.”
Many times in your journey through life, you will face situations that might seem bigger than you. At such times, what will take you through to victory would depend on whether you have learnt to trust absolutely in God. God is the only absolutely dependable one in the entire universe. Human beings may promise heaven and earth, but they have a very high chance of failing you because all human beings are limited in themselves. If you live your life by placing your trust in people or in system, what would you do when you are disappointed?
Trusting in God erases the chance of being disappointed because God cannot fail. God may not come through based on your time table, but if you remain unshaken in your resolve to trust Him, He will not disappoint. Psalm 20:7-8a says, “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. They have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and stand upright…” What I want you to see today is this: when you desire something good and it seems that there is nothing and no one within your natural reach that can help you, remember that you have access to help in the name of the Lord!
As a child of God, you have supernatural assistance available to you beyond what the natural eyes can see. God does not want you to give up on your dreams, He wants you to learn to trust in the invisible to produce tangible results. It is time to put Proverbs 3:5 into practice, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.” I believe, God will come through for you today!
FURTHER STUDY: Isaiah 31:1, “Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, and rely on horses, who trust in chariots because they are many, and in horsemen because they are very strong, but who do not look to the Holy One of Israel, nor seek the Lord.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, I WILL NOT LIMIT OR GIVE UP ON MY DREAMS BECAUSE I LACK PHYSICAL HELP OR HUMAN CONNECTION. MY TRUST IS IN THE ALMIGHTY GOD. I BELIEVE IN MY COLOURFUL DESTINY, AND WITH GOD, I WILL GET THERE!
ACTION POINT: When there is no one to help you, trust in God alone!

The “Epignosis” Of The Truth
…For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4).
God’s desire is for all men to be saved and come to the knowledge (Greek: Epignosis) of the truth. The reason for bringing salvation to all men isn’t only for them to receive it and escape eternal damnation but also to come into an intimate knowledge, a fellowship or oneness with the truth. That’s when you really start living.
For example, 1 Peter 1:23 says, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” This means you’re born of the Word; you’re the Word in flesh! Your life as a Christian is the manifestation of the Word. God wants you to come to the knowledge of this truth.
Romans 8:28 says, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God….” This means you can’t be disadvantaged or defeated in life; the whole world is yours; you’re an associate of the God-kind. There’s no such thing as failure or poverty when you understand this revelation. These are basic truths revealed to us in the Word; receive and accept them, and your life will be an unending stream of the supernatural.
The Bible talks about those who are “Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth” (2 Timothy 3:7). These are individuals who refuse to yield to the knowledge of the truth of their inheritance and identity in Christ Jesus. As a result, they turn around in circles, and never make progress. You can break the cycle by coming into the knowledge or oneness with the truth of your success, victory, prosperity and glorious life in Christ Jesus. You need to come to the knowledge of the truth that you’re in God’s class.
Dear Father, I thank you for granting me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you. You’ve granted me the specialized knowledge that enables me to function in your perfect will, now and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Good Morning Beloved!
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES – Wednesday, July 12 2017
TOPIC: YOUR POTENTIALS ARE LIMITLESS .
Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God (2 Corinthians 3:5).
The word “sufficiency” is the Greek “hikanotes,”which means competence; being qualified enough to be able. When the Scripture says, “Our sufficiency is of God,” it means our competence or ability is of God. No matter the challenges life poses before you, you’re more than able to face them and win. What a life! This has nothing to do with your human ability or connections; it’s about the Christ-life in you.
God has given you a life that makes you more than a man. There’s a divine energy working in you; it doesn’t burn out, neither does it require replenishing. Refuse therefore to be limited by your physical ability. The Holy Spirit—the source of all strength, and Spirit of might Himself—lives in you. That means your potentials are limitless! Christ’s glorious power works in you mightily to achieve results that are beyond human ability and comprehension (Colossians 1:29). Affirm this in your life always.
If you’d take advantage of this divine ability, it’ll make all the difference at school, in your work place and in whatever you do. You’ll go further, faster and do far more excellently than your physical ability can take you. Never feel incompetent, inadequate, or incapable for any task. Christ is your sufficiency; therefore, by His ability at work in you, you can do all things; you’re up to any task. Hallelujah!
Refuse to be intimidated. Fear nothing. Talk bold all the time. Declare who you are, what you have, and your ability in Christ Jesus! This is important, because if you don’t affirm it, you’ll not experience it. Keep declaring that Christ is your sufficiency; therefore, your potentials are limitless. You’re excellent, and have an excellent life. Blessed be God!
Dear Father, I thank you for your divine power that works in me mightily. Christ is my life, my sufficiency, wisdom, and righteousness. He’s made my life beautiful, fruitful, productive and sound! Blessed be your glorious Name forever. Amen.
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
2 Corinthians 4:7
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

NEW LIFE, NEW DESIRES, NEW ACTIONS
Romans 7:21-22 (AMPC), “So I find it to be a law (rule of action of my being) that when I want to do what is right and good, evil is ever present with me and I am subject to its insistent demands. For I endorse and delight in the Law of God in my innermost self [with my new nature].”
Yesterday, Pastor Ogechi showed us a most glorious revelation from scripture that we have in us (in our spirit) the very life of God! You must know with assurance that you have a new life and you have a new nature. Just like Pastor Ogechi asserted yesterday, when a man is born again, a new spirit is created by the release of God’s own life into him. Remember that John 1:4 says, “In Him was life and that life was the light of men.” The life we receive comes with His own light in our newly recreated spirit.
God doesn’t expect us to keep this light hidden, He expects us to allow this light shine out, until it dominates our flesh and our mind. Matthew 5:15-16 (NIV) says, “Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven.” Dear friend, it is time for you to allow the life of God dominate everything about you. Romans 12:1-2 (NIV) says, “Therefore, I urge you brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God – this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is…”
As a wise man once said, “Christianity is the miracle of changed desires,” and this miracle has taken place in you if you have accepted Jesus. Joyfully allow God’s word affect your thinking pattern, your actions and your attitude. You are a new person in Christ!
FURTHER STUDY: Colossians 3:9-10 (NLT), “Don’t lie to each other, for you have stripped off your old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds. Put on your new nature, and be renewed as you learn to know your creator and become like Him.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, A GREAT MIRACLE HAS TAKEN PLACE INSIDE MY HEART. I NOW HAVE NEW DESIRES TO PLEASE GOD ALWAYS, BECAUSE GOD IS WORKING IN ME BOTH TO WILL AND TO DO THE THINGS THAT ARE PLEASING TO HIM.
ACTION POINT: Put your body under submission to God’s word and God’s ways.
