UK-based Music Minister, Blessing Airhihen has finally released her long-anticipated album “He is Changing Me”.
All over the world, there is a cry for change. People desire things to happen, and communities, and nations all calling for change. This album was created to remind us that change comes through the Word of God. As we look at and study the Word we are changed. 2 Corinthians 3 vs 1.
Sharing the inspiration behind the project, Blessing Airhihen said “As a child, I used to listen to Yolanda Adams, tried singing like Shirley Caesar and loved to lead popular songs sung by them in church. Growing up, I found a strong passion in me to encourage people on different life journeys.
I remember paying a condolence visit to one of the kids I used to teach at Sunday school on the untimely death of their father. I was moved to sing the song “I will be with You in joy and in pain “. Everyone in attendance was greatly encouraged. It’s been a journey of faith from the very little beginning, taking bold strides in learning the ropes of songwriting as a music group leader to weaving my passion for worship and encouragement into songs. After years of trusting and waiting on God for direction, I felt the nudge to release my songs during the covid pandemic.
Every song released has come with a greater passion to strengthen people through the Word. Today, we have an album of inspirational songs from the Spirit”.
