WEDNESDAY 30TH
DROP EVERY WORRY
-Pastor Ogechi
Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT), “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
Although worrying comes very naturally to most of us, it has never and neither would it ever really change anything. In fact, worrying is really just a waste of time. God’s word in Matthew 6:27 (NIV) asks a question that I want you to think about. It says, “Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?”
Today, there are seven things I want you to make up your mind to do. 1. Put an end to all your worries. 2. Clear your mind. 3. Prayerfully and strategically tell God all that you have to do. 4. Acknowledge that you are helped by the Lord 5. Don’t forget to thank God for all the good things He had already done. 6. Face this year 2019 with great peace and assurance. 7. Watch God work wonders in and through you! I truly believe that this is your month to testify!
FURTHER STUDY: 1 Peter 5:7 (NLT), “Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDY CONFESS, THROUGH OUT THIS YEAR, I AM TRUSTING GOD ALL THE WAY. BY THE HELP OF GOD’S SPIRIT, I WILL ACCOMPLISH MUCH MORE THAN I COULD EVER IMAGINE. THE PEACE OF THE LORD IS GUIDING ME.
ACTION POINT: Pray with thanksgiving about all your many goals for the year.
ONE YEAR BIBLE PLAN: Exodus 23-24; Matthew 20:1-16
