BECOME CONSCIOUS OF YOUR SOURCE

1 John 4:4 (MSG), “My dear children, you come from God and belong to God. You have already won a big victory over those false teachers, for the Spirit in you is far stronger than anything in the world.”
I want you to pause for a moment and meditate on the first line of our anchor text for today: “My dear Children, you come from God and belong to God.” That simply means: you flow from God. It means God is your source. I want you to look at it from this scriptural angle, Jesus said in John 15:5, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without me you can do nothing.”
Become conscious of this today: God is your source. You flow from God and there is a continuous flow from God to you! In Genesis 1:11, God said, “Let the earth produce grass… and it was so.” In Genesis 1:20, God said, “Let the water produce living creatures and let birds fly…” In Genesis 1:24, God said, “Let the earth produce cattle…” But when it came to you, in Genesis 1:26, God said, “Let us produce man in our image and after our likeness.” God is your source!
FURTHER STUDY: 1 John 5:4, “For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world – our faith.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS; I KNOW MY SOURCE. GOD IS MY SOURCE, I FLOW FROM HIM AND THERE IS A CONTINUOUS FLOW FROM HIM TO ME. THEREFORE, I AM FULL OF POWER, GRACE AND GLORY! THIS IS MY REALITY!
ACTION POINT: Start to see yourself in the image and likeness of God!
