Energetic and Vibrant gospel music minister, Emmanuel Ukoji offer up a double song release titled “All Grace” and “Aka Jehovah.”
“All Grace” is a song and testimony of all times and ages, to the glory of God Almighty. It is a song for praise and worship unto our God, in any congregation of the saints.
On the other hand, “Aka Jehovah” is a remix of an ancient Igbo worship rhyme, that our forefathers composed and used to worship God in the different orthodox congregation.
This song never ceases to minister to my heart, whenever I hear and sing it. It’s ever-powerful & inspiring to me.
It was strongly pressed in my heart to come up with the verse on the song, based on my personal encounter with this wonder-working hand of God.
Speaking about the motivation for the songs, Emmanuel Ukoji says, “I’m sure you will agree with that the year 2020 is been a very challenging one… Too many unexpected ugly events here & there. But my joy is that God has faithfully been sustaining His people, and bring to pass His promises.
At the beginning of this year 2020, God, knowing what was coming ahead, and how the year was going to pan out, graciously gave us a comforting word through His messenger, my father, the Apostle of Grace, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, that this is our year of All Grace, backed up with the scripture 1 Peter 5:10.
“But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle you.”
Since then I held on to that word firmly & never took it for granted at all, even at the peak of the pandemic and sufferings this year.
I simply perceived that God allowed all the pandemic experience, just to refine His own people, and make 1Peter 5:10 a tangible testimony for everyone us who believe and love Him.
So right in the heart of the pandemic, the Lord dropped this awesome song into my spirit, as a confirmation to what He has perfectly done, and my testimony.
I am careful to say that this song isn’t just for me alone, but for all those who God saw through the horrible experience of the pandemic and another kind of sufferings of life.”
