New Music:"Were Lo Bami Se" By Omonike || @Omonikeofficial @Benmagradio

0

“Were Lo Ba Mise” is a song that tells us the objective proof of God’s existence that we want but the experience of God’s presence. That is the miracle we are really after, and that is also, I think, the miracle that we really get.
“Catching the apple doesn’t overturn the law of gravity or the formulation of a new law. It’s merely an intervention of a person with freewill who overrides the natural causes operative in that particular circumstance. And that is, essentially, is what God does when he causes a miracle to occur.” Were Lo Ba MI Se”

MEET THE ICON: GUEST – PEDRO

Award-winning gospel recording artist and music producer, Peter lanre a.k.a Pedro who just released an afro pop scintillating gospel single recently titled Faaji, gives us insight into his music life and career in this exclusive interview.
Excerpt….

Name
Peter Lanre
Stage Name
Pedro
So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become a gospel artist?
Grew up in Zaria, Kaduna state… was part of a local church group called “salvation minstrels ” …happened to be the youngest chorister amongst them… Early exposure to musical instruments and the fact that I played major lead roles in the band helped me grow musically sound and made the vision clear. As a kid I learnt to play the drum set which I later lost interest for due to its lack of melodious flavor… opted for the acoustic guitar then later the keyboard
Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get platforms to minister and airplay some tips?
I would advice, do not look down on your little beginnings… the start is always tough and challenging… at that point only very few will believe , support or encourage u… so u have to be focused on ur goal and learn… music is broad and those who are masters of her really sought after it
Do you ever make mistakes during music ministration/performances? How do you handle that?
I made and still make lots of mistakes which of cause most times only music geniuses can notice… but whenever it happens I cover up.. most of the time I turn my mistakes into an advantage.. make them look like a style.. to avoid mistakes I rehearse to perfection..
Do you tour? Anything interesting happen on tour that you think our readers would enjoy hearing about?
not Yet but very soon
How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
I take advantage of my social media accounts especially WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram… then I also promote my craft through the radio stations here in my locality… what works best is when I ask others who have social media ground to help also promote so the piece can go as far as possible since as an upcoming one doesn’t have access to major promotions and funds to make a song available on every platform
If you could perform anywhere and with any artists (Dead or Alive) where and who would it be with? Why?
there are alot of artists who have won my heart over my little years in music… I am a person of just great music so I’d perform alongside any great act
Do you have a manager or your prefer to manage your music yourself?
How can one reach you if they would like to have you perform/minister at their program/event?
I have a manager, call Tony on 08060320166
So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
yes, my last single faaji is on over 40 blogs and it’s the trend right now but I am already working on my new single ‘sugar’s which drops very soon
If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
I might be playing professional football or a computer scientist
What should fans look forward to in the next couple of months, year or so?
look forward to a greater me… I am gonna be aiming for higher grounds….just watch out.. I rather take you by surprise than expose it all now
Would you like your Fans to know the next place you would be ministering? Venue, Date and Time
for now, there is no fixed ministration but I have been informed on upcoming programs which I m gonna feature in
Any Shout-outs?
shout out to my boss TIMI TOBA, manager Tony and my Team and everyone who is a lover of my brand… God bless us all
