DEAR BELIEVER, Jesus gave His life on earth and rose from the grave to conquer death and sanctify those who believe in Him. When we become followers and believers in Jesus, we lose our identity of this world and embrace our identity in Christ. Our identity in Christ is being a member of His body, the church.
The believer in Christ believes in the finished work on the cross and in the unending Love of the Father. This is why we are confident that we will not perish so we stay excited in anticipation of the return of our Lord.
