Joyce Ochelle, a Nigerian/British singer-songwriter and worship minister residing in the UK, has released a new single titled “Risen One” to celebrate Easter. This comes after the success of her hit song “I Bless Your Name”, which was produced by Wilz and widely received.

As a UK Christian chart-topping singer and nominee for multiple awards, including “Song of the Year” on the UK Christian charts and “International Female Soloist of the Year” at the Texas Gospel Music Excellence Awards, Joyce has demonstrated her talent and dedication to spreading the message of Christ through music.

Joyce’s passion for singing began at a young age, and she has been singing in church for many years. She has two number-one singles on the UK Christian charts, and “Risen One” is her third single.

The inspiration for “Risen One” came to Joyce while doing her house chores three years ago, and she initially only sang it at home with her children. However, on the instruction of the Holy Spirit, she is now releasing the song to the world as a powerful expression of reverence, celebration, and praise for Jesus Christ, our risen King of Kings.

Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Benue State University, Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK. She is married to Gabriel Ochelle, and they have two children.
